Simple and transparent returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds are made via bank transfer after we receive and inspect the item. Expected timeline: 3 to 7 business days after inspection.
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. If there's a defect, include photos.
