Orders & availability

Orders are confirmed after we validate availability and delivery details. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if delivery cannot be arranged.

Pricing

Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You agree to pay the full amount upon delivery. We may call/message to confirm before shipping. Repeated refusal or failed deliveries may restrict future COD orders.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy: /returns (7 days). COD refunds are made via bank transfer after inspection.

All content (photos, branding, text) belongs to BeldiWear and may not be used without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, or incorrect customer information.
